Below is directions back to our loading dock, where you will back your Box Truck up to. Our loading dock is at the back of our warehouse, use second loading dock, (Unit B6)

When you go up the stairs and try to open door B6, it will most likely be locked, use the code we give you or wait for us to remotely unlock it. If its locked, just wait there for a minute or two for us to unlock door. Once we unlock it, you will hear the deadbolt turn and then will hear a short beep sound. That is how you know it's unlocked.

Once unlocked, Twist the door handle, open the door and Step inside. Then, as soon as you open the door there will be a rotating screen mounted on the wall about 10-15 feet in front of you. I will already be on a video chat with you that screen as soon as you open the door to give you further directions or answer and questions.

On this video-chat rotating smart screen, I will guide you to all of the pieces of furniture that are being delivered to our customer and show you how to unlock and open our Loading Dock Door.
